When we combine the benefits of music and movement in the experiences of young children, we have the power to change lives. And when we start while our children our young, we're building a sturdy foundation of healthy habits of which they can build upon.
Created by experts in the
field of education and children's fitness, the Wee Wigglers programs
provide a unique opportunity for preschoolers to engage in
age-appropriate exercises that will significantly enhance physical and cognitive
development, coordination, gross motor skills, posture and balance. The development of these skills will later serve as a basis for fundamental sport skills. In addition to the development of physical skills, participation in our programs also helps children to build confidence, social skills, emotional control, and imagination, and reduce stress and improve sleep. Our programs are based on the Canadian Sport for Life movement, Active Start phase.

Wee Wigglers offers 4 levels of programming starting as young as 4 months.
Ages 4 months - Cruising (with caregiver)
This fun and friendly class
will inspire you and your little one using musical fitness, yoga and
play. Infants will develop fundamental motor and cognitive skills as
caregivers enjoy light fitness and socializing with their little ones.
Ages Walking - 3 years (with caregiver)
Get ready to explore music and
fitness with your toddler. You are your child's first and most
important teacher, moving and grooving together will help your little
one develop agility, balance and coordination while preparing them for
lifelong health.
Ages 3 - 4 years (independent)
Ready to grow! Is your wee one
ready to be more independent? This class is a great way to foster
independence and confidence with a musical flair. Fundamental movement
skills and healthy habits will be enhanced through gross motor play and
non-stop fun.
Ages 4 - 5 years (independent)
Got energy? Bring it here.
Music, games, toys and friends, it's a fitness party! Energetic tykes
will have so much fun they won't even realize they are developing
specialized movement skills, agility, balance, rhythm and coordination
while also learning about healthy eating.
